Handcrafted with freshly ground nixtamal masa, our tetelas are filled with tender shredded chicken simmered in a bright, tangy salsa verde made from tomatillos, serrano chiles, garlic, and cilantro. Each one is folded into a traditional triangle, then cooked on the comal until golden and lightly crisped on the outside, with warm, comforting flavors inside.
